The Zei are a Mercenary race of Killers and Hunters that seek riches for their race. They are by nature selfish, vile, and surprisingly sly, as they have conned many into trusting them.
The Zei's origin traces back to a virus. Though the story is seen more as a legend, the virus is usually referred to as "The Internal Sin". The story speaks of a group of people of various races that angered the god Amen Ra and were turned into a reflection of their black, sinful hearts. Many look at it as nothing more than a story; people can't help but see the possible truth behind it. As the Zei are sexless beings and only reproduce by infecting others of various race, and thus turning them into a Zei.
The Zei usual dress is various pieces of armor and clothing that is just thrown together (Usually clothing similar the formerly were). Their outfits look very asymmetrical and uneven most of the time.
Their overall physical appearance is usually thin and lanky. Their facial features appear to be a mix of a Goblin and an Imp with huge, wing-like ears and long noses. Their Skin is a marble Grey cloudy colour, which is thin enough to show their veins. Their eyes are milky and completely white.
The language the Zei speak is the language that is common for whatever region they are in. They can speak many languages, thus allowing an added advantage when trying to con someone.
The Zei are very honorable amongst each other and will generally do what is best for its clan. Though the decision may not always be for survival purposes.
When the Zei are not searching for people to con and treasures to gain, they are generally scouting out possible "recruitments" for their race. They tend to have a like for the elves, as they have the most diverse knowledge of magic.
